Company with more than 10 years in the area of human talent and technology solutions requests "Call Center Operator in English" for one of its clients:
WE ARE THE HEALTH SECTOR-WE WORK IN QUARANTINE
Actividades a realizar:
Requirements:
+ That they have advanced command of the English language (oral test will be done)
+ Resident in Caracas (That can even arrive in quarantine)
+ Do not consume any drug or narcotic substance
Benefits
+ Monthly help 1,300,000.00 (Salary + cestatiket)
+ Sales commissions Bs. 40 Million (Reference amount, earned based on sales)
+ Benefits of law (IVSS + FAOV + PF)
+ Good Location
+ Hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
FUNCTIONS
1- Comply with weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual sales margins
2- Respond to customer concerns, questions, complaints or requests by phone
3- Manage customers in all phases of the sales cycle
4- Offer the goods and services of the establishment to customers
5- Provide details about the services offered and their prices
6- Keep clients informed about their claims or their accounts
7- Help customers to locate the products they have ordered
9- Answer customer questions and complaints in a professional manner at all times
10- Manage information about prices and sales
11- Refer clients to the Manager or supervisor in case they have any concerns that they cannot resolve.
13- Interact with customers, subscribers and the general public
14- Search for potential clients and buyers, within the given database
15- Explain to new consumers the benefits of products, goods and services to promote and establish their loyalty to the brand.
16- Develop good relationships with important clients to maintain the high level of service and retain their loyalty.
17-Others related to the customer service and sales area.
