Requisitos:
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 09: 00am- 6: 00pm (Venezuela)
- Own a laptop or desk computer, and a smartphone.
- Advance English (the interviews will be in English)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, and experience with CRM systems, Valuable if you know Hubspot.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-soOlve and work independently.
- High- Eed internet access and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
Actividades a realizar:
- Provide administrative support to the sales departament, talk to customers to gather information and close the sale. Review of documents to cover legal aspects
- Maintain and update the client database (CRM) to ensure accurate information is available for seamless communication with clients.
- Assist with lead generation and follow- Up, including contacting potential clients via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the sales and product team.
