Background and experience:
-Bachelor's Degree required; Foreign Trade or Accounting concentration preferred.
-3 to 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
-Experience in Food Industry, Trading, Distribution is desired but not a must
-Experience in accounting/bookkeeping activities.

Required skills:
-Bilingual English 85%-100%.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
-Experience using Quickbooks is a plus.
-Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and meet deadlines.
-Proactive and works well both independently and under supervision depending on the task.

Other requirements:
-Availability to work regular office hours.
-Access to reliable internet connection.
-Access to a lap top computer or PC.

-Responsible for
the day-to-day Trade Activity activities, customer service, documentation, accounting.
-Responsible for administrative duties such as (but not limited to) bookkeeping, order entry, invoicing and report generation.
-Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable control.
-Responsible for coordinating Quality Claim resolutions.
-Keep constant communication with the Sales Operations Lead and the Business Development Director in all aspects of the business.
-Act as back up of the Sales Service position when needed.
