Requisitos:
- Project Management experience
- Scrum Master experience (essential)
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
- Good understanding of PMP best practices
- Experience in various project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Fluent in English
Desired Skills:
- Well-versed in portfolio and project management tools (ServiceNow ITBM)
- Knowledgeable in change management tools (ADKAR)
- Some level of project management certification (highly desired)
Actividades a realizar:
- Create long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and resources
- Delegate project tasks to the best-positioned team member
- Execute significant change events in support of initiatives, using problem-solving methodologies, playbooks, change management tools, etc.
- Identify and manage potential project risks and liabilities
- Assist in defining project scope and goals
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project advancement
- Communicate overall project objectives, progress, recommended improvements, and results to steer teams and leaders
- Adjust project schedules and targets, as needed
- Motivate project teams to complete tasks on time
