Our ideal candidate:
Possess a bachelor`s degree in information technology, computer science, electronics, telecommunications or any other relevant field
Is a Salesforce Certified Administrator
Has previous experience supporting Microsoft applications
Is a quick learner
Is an independent, self- Motivated, proactive, results- Oriented, organized and methodical problem- Olver
Is able to define and provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of support services
Is fluent in English and is an articulate and effective communicator both orally and in writing
Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining up to date knowledge of all Xappex products
Assisting customers in resolving any issues related to the applications by responding to customers inquiries or by holding virtual meetings
Maintaining the log and advising customers of actions taken
Providing advice to customers on systems, products and services which are available to them; demonstrating the tools to potential customers
Creating manuals and other documentation intended to guide users in the use of software.
